3D CONCEPT DESIGN PROCESS
- CLIENT BRIEF + SITE ANALYSIS
The consultation is divided into two phases:
Phase One: 30-60 minutes client brief discussing the purpose and goals of the project. We talk about style, budget, elements, and listen intently to your thoughts and ideas for the space.
Phase Two: The designer takes photographs of the property, measurements, and aerial drone images (if permitted). This is anticipated to take 45-60 minutes depending on the size of the property. You do not need to be present for this portion.
Once there is a clear analysis of the project site, we can begin to formulate a design concept. As soon as the design is completed, we will schedule a one-hour revision call via Zoom.
Please note: We do require full payment at the consultation to start the design process. Each project is individually priced based on size, difficulty, and time required to build your home in 3D.
*We request any rescheduling be done at least 24 hours in advance to your scheduled meeting date and time. If notice is not received within 24 hours, your $150 scheduling fee will not be refunded or applied toward the design fee.
- 3D CONCEPT DESIGN
We pay attention to the details and design each project around you and your desires for the space. With stunning 3D software, you can visualize precisely how your project will look prior to build. Not only will you get a well thought out and creative design, but you will also be able to make revisions to the design and fine tune it exactly to your liking. Our goal is to provide the highest service and to make your outdoor living project as simple, fun, and stress-free as possible. Each of our designs come virtually staged with furnishings, décor, & lighting. We take the extra time to show you the full potential of your outdoor living space.
- PRESENTATION
We understand the importance of working together so we provide a one-hour revision Zoom call to make any adjustments you would like to the design. This time is best utilized to fine tune the layout and style/color of materials most desired for each space. If additional design time is needed, we are available at our $100/hour rate.
- DESIGN PACKAGE
After the presentation, we will email a final design package within 7-10 days of the presentation date. Included will be:
- 25 or more images of the 3D conceptual design
- One flythrough video of the design
- One 2D scaled site plan for your contractor to bid and follow during the construction phase
- Site images taken at the Design Consultation
Voila! You have completed the first step to your renovation project. You now have a plan in place and are ready for construction!
