Aldia Design hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm PST.
We accept all major credit cards through our secure payment gateway. We also accept Pay Pal which is the most secure and confidential method available commercially.
Orders ship within 1-2 business days of placement. In the event that the item(s) you purchased is backordered, please allow up to 3-4 weeks for your order to ship.
FREE GROUND DOMESTIC SHIPPING - We ship domestically within the United States through the USPS or Federal Express for FREE. The items are shipped insured. On orders over $500, it is required that an adult signs for the package. Tracking number is provided with every order for customer convenience. If the item is being returned, the shipping costs are covered by the buyer.
2-Day shipping is an additional $20, next day air is an additional $50.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - We are able to ship internationally via UPS Worldwide Express for $55. Please note that ALDIA is not responsible for custom and import duties, taxes, tariffs, or any other associated fees imposed by your country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. All costs incurred on a refused delivery because of high custom or brokerage fees, duties, taxes or restrictions imposed by the country of destination are the responsibility of the purchaser.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Items purchased on aldiadesign.com may be returned to Aldia for return or exchange within 7 days from when you receive your order. You will need to ship the item(s) in their original condition and are responsible for the shipping charges. Shipping charges will not be reimbursed. Once we have received the returned item within the allotted 7 days, in it's original condition, we will gladly issue you a refund.
If an item has been deemed used or altered, it is the responsibility of the buyer to pay for return shipping. All items left over 90 days will be considered forfeited and disposed of.
Refunds will be given back through the same payment method you used to originally purchase the item. For returned items, shipping charges will be deducted from your refund unless we have sent an item in error. Please allow 6-10 business days for the refund to post to your account.
Any items shipped outside of the United States are NON-REFUNDABLE and a final sale. Items marked special order are also NON-REFUNDABLE. Sale items and items purchased using a promotional code are final sale and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you receive an incorrect item or if your item was damaged upon arrival/delivery, please contact us with your order information and photos of the product in its original packaging.
Damaged, defective, OR incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery date.
Orders may be cancelled in a timely manner by simply contacting us at email@example.com. Please include your order number which is sent to you after your purchase has been made. If your items has already shipped, please refer to our Returns & Exchanges section for return instructions. We are unable to refund shipping charges for items cancelled once they have been shipped. Customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges on any undeliverable packages.
Your jewelry is precious and does require some care and attention on a regular basis. To extend the life of your jewelry, we recommend the following tips to keep your pieces looking their best:
-Take off your jewelry when washing your hands, showering, and when applying makeup, perfume, oils and lotions.
-Do not wear your jewelry to the beach, pool, gym, or during strenuous activities. These environments may be too harsh on your jewelry and could cause scratches, dents, or even cause a diamond to fall out. We also recommend removing jewelry before bed.
-Avoid putting your jewelry too close to sources of intense heat such as tanning beds, saunas, hot tubs, spas, etc.
-Store your jewelry in an anti-tarnish pouch or in separate mini plastic zip-lock bags (made of Mylar or Polyethylene) to avoid tarnish and metals rubbing against each other. Do not store jewelry in the bathroom.
-To avoid tangled or knotted necklaces, clasp the necklace when removing it. If storing in a plastic zip-lock bag, it helps to zip-lock the clasp outside the bag so the necklace does not tangle inside the bag.
When at home, clean your jewelry using lukewarm water, a little bit of mild soap, and dry with a soft cloth. For best results, have a professional jeweler clean your piece to ensure longevity.

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.
SECTION 4 - SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
