Q: WHAT DOES YOUR COMPANY DO DIFFERENTLY FROM INDUSTRY COMPETITORS?
A: We stay very small so we can give you and your project our complete attention. We are a design boutique! We are passionate about creating unique living spaces and eager to learn new techniques and ways of doing things. As design focused as we are, we want to see our designs built to last forever! We are constantly meeting with vendors, suppliers, and industry experts to ask questions and learn how we can best serve our customers! We love working together with other contractors to create the ultimate dream team. We want to work closely with you from design, to build, to exterior styling. We are your all-inclusive outdoor living specialist!
Q: WHAT IS YOUR PRICING FOR A DESIGN?
A: Our pricing varies depending on the size, scope of work, and time it will take to build your project in 3D. We do not do projects under $1,500. We spend a minimum of one week working directly with you and showing multiple concepts to finalize a plan you cannot wait to see come to life!
Q: DO YOU HELP WITH MATERIAL SELECTION?
A: Yes, we make recommendations based off the information provided during the client brief and revision phase. We include on the 2D site plan the material callouts made during our presentation. It is then up to the contractor you select to work with you on finalizing each material due to pricing and availability.
Q: ARE YOU INVOLVED IN THE CONSTRUCTION?
A: Yes, if you are located in Orange, County. We have a sister company that does exceptionally high-quality construction. If hired, the same designer who worked with you on your project, will continue to guide you through all material selections to ensure they flow seamlessly and will be on site to project manage/ensure your job runs smoothly and according to the plan. After all, no one knows it better than the designer who created it for you. We work with some of the top installers in the industry to make sure your project is done right! Due to our boutique size company, we are not available to take on every project we design. We truly value the relationship with our clients and want it to be a unique and personable experience which is why we enjoy staying small. If we are unable to take on your project, we can refer you to a vetted contractor in our Pro Network. We only refer contractors we are certain will take good care of you and do high quality craftsmanship. You, of course, are welcome to bid out the project on your own too. We are here to guide you through as much or little as you need. Our goal is to create a beautiful design you love and help make the renovation process fun, exciting, and stress-free.
